Friday, 3rd September – Conference Marketing

We will promote your conference sponsorship and organisation throughout the lead-up and during the event.

Please have all relevant materials to us by Friday, 16th July.

Thursday, 30th September – Exhibitor Information

Let us know by 30th September if you would like to take up the opportunity to host an exhibition stand at the conference. We will then provide you with the exhibitor manual and discuss logistics.

Friday, 29th October – Registration

We need your guests registered by the end of October. This ensures we correctly understand any accessibility or dietary requirements our guests have, and we can have an accurate idea of attendance.

Wednesday, 18th November – Banners, Chair-drop/Satchel Insert

You are encouraged to bring company banners and promotional material to the event. Your sponsorship package will determine how many banners you can bring and where at the venue they can be placed.

You may bring these yourself, or have them delivered to the Partner&Prosper Offices and we will set them up for you.

On confirmation of sponsorship – Company Logo

Please send a high-quality .png version of your logo to Florian at events@partnerandprosper.com.au upon confirmation of your sponsorship. We will endeavor to have this added to our marketing materials as soon as possible.

Marketing Materials

We appreciate your help in promoting our event and your sponsorship of our summit. Below we have included materials to assist in your promotion of the summit. Include the signature file in your e-mail signature, add your logo to the sponsor graphic, and join and share the LinkedIn event with your audience! Don’t forget to tag the @Indo-Asia Digital Health Centre and use the hashtag #idhc. You’ll need to right-click on the images and ‘save as’ to download them!

3rd September – Conference Marketing

We will promote your sponsorship of the summit on our media channels as well as on pre-event publicity such as the program, flyer, and website. To do so, we require several materials from you. Please upload them via the button below. The sooner we have these materials, the earlier we can begin promotion.

30/9 – Exhibitor Confirmation

All sponsors are entitled to an exhibition space (follow the link to take a tour of the foyer). We will host our exhibition space in the foyer, and delegates will primarily access the area at the beginning and end of the event, as well as during breaks. You will be allocated a powered space, with a 1500 mm x 915 mm trestle table and two chairs.

Please let us know by 30th September if you are planning on hosting an exhibition stand. This will allow us ample time to allocate floor space and work through the logistics with you.

29/10 – Registration

Your sponsorship package determines the number of allocated complimentary tickets provided to you to attend the conference and networking session.

Please fill in the form linked to register your guests. We require your registrations prior to the end of October so we can best understand any requirements your guests have, and we can accurately cater for our attendees.

18/11 – Banners, Satchel Insert, Chair-drop

You have the option to place a banner at the venue. You may also be entitled to 1 chair-drop or satchel insert promotional item. Examples of promotional items include USB’s, charging dongles or note pads, be creative! Provisionally plan for 200, we will confirm with you an amount closer to the date.

If you would like to bring these items to the summit, please do! Alternatively, have them shipped to Partner&Prosper by the 18th of November to ensure we have adequate time to receive your items. Please use the delivery label linked below. We are not responsible for getting your items and banners back to you post-conference.
