Key Dates

Friday 3 September 2021 – Speaker Information Form

Please submit the speaker information form by Friday, 3 September. This allows you to have a smooth experience as a speaker and ensures we can cater for you and understand your requirements.

This will also allow us to market your session through our media channels and website in the lead up to the conference.

Tuesday 2 November 2021 – Presentation Submission

Have your PowerPoint presentation submitted along with any videos you are planning to play during your presentation to the dropbox link.

Ensure the PowerPoint file is labeled with your name and presentation title, and videos are labeled with your name and the slide number you would like to play them.

This will ensure your presentation is perfectly setup with no glitches on the day

Tuesday 23 November 2021 – Event Day

Ensure you arrive 30 minutes before your session time. This allows us to update your presentation if you have made any late changes and ensures we can sufficiently prepare you for your session, and run you through the proceedings.

Marketing – Tell others you are speaking at this event

We’d love for you to share our summit with your audience! Below we have included some downloadable materials as well as relevant links to help you promote your presentation on whichever media channel you prefer. To download the material, please click the button and then save the image.

You can include the email signature in your emails and post the speaker badge to your social media. Make sure you tag the @indoasiadigitalhealthcentre when sharing, and use the hashtag #idhc.

Program – Your session

The main auditorium will host all delegates for Keynote 30 minute presentations and Panel sessions for 20 minutes.

Breakout sessions consist of 3 speakers with one session chair who will introduce each presenter. Each presentation is allocated 20 minutes, including Q&A. You can use the Q&A at your discretion or utilise the full amount of time for your presentation.

As presenters are secured, we will keep you up to date with all presentation timings.

Sponsorship

If you are interested in sponsorship, please fill in the Expressions of Interest form. A member of the team will be in touch to discuss your options and provide you with the prospectus. Our sponsorship packages are flexible but keep in mind, some have limited availability. Secure an exhibitor booth, a prime-time presentation slot after a keynote, or a valuable marketing position. Get in while you can!
