During this crazy Covid-19 pandemic period, Information Governance (IG) (which is often defined as the structures, policies, and relevant procedures initiated and adhered whilst collecting, organising, utilising and securing the data) is playing an ever-expanding role in all facets to prevent the spread of the virus as well as accelerate the development of vaccine(s).

This is further exacerbated by the risks and threats from all fronts including cyber criminals and others.
